Honor cords and medallions are available from the National
Office for wearing at graduation ceremonies. Only regular or graduate members
of TriBeta may purchase and wear the cords and/or medallions. Please print and
complete the form below and return to the National Office with a check. We are
usually able to mail the cords or medallions 3 weeks after receiving the
order.

Please
list names below and indicate whether cord or medallion. The names will be
checked with the national office for verification of membership. Please note:
The advisor must sign this form and by doing so verifies that the students
listed are graduating members and have requested the indicated graduation
regalia. Since we are unable to send more than one cord or medallion to a
student, please advise the students that they should not allow another student
to “borrow” the cord or medallion assuming that we will send a
replacement. If we have a record that a student has received a cord or
medallion in the past, he/she will not be able to purchase another one. If this
order is placed via email, it must come through the advisor’s account
which will waive the necessity for the advisor’s signature. |
